For Customers in New Zealand

We use NZ Couriers as our courier service for the majority of our orders for New Zealand customers. Parcels delivered by NZ Courier are sent using a standard, non-signature required overnight service.

NZ Courier provides our customers with fast and reliable delivery to destinations across their comprehensive domestic network.

NZ Courier Delivery times vary depending on a product's stock status and the intended delivery address. For very large orders, we may need to use Mainfreight as these orders lie outside of what NZ Couriers can handle, due to the size/weight limit.

If your order is being shipped with Mainfreight, we will contact you before your order confirmation email is sent, along with further details for the tracking of your order.
